We are currently looking for a new studio, but once we're set up again we will be offering hourly studio rental.

Canvas backdrops
Seamless paper backdrops are available at a cost of $5 for each foot of paper that touches the floor. Colours vary. Photographers renting the studio are encouraged to purcase their own seamless paper from Vistek (www.vistek.ca).

Rules for Rentals
Please note that while Studio Jaz enjoys allowing other photographers to use our eqipment and studio space, our first priority is always our photographic and retail clients. Rental clients are required to abide by the following regulations:
1. No smoking in the studio, washrooms or in view of the studio's outside entrances. Failure to abide by the smoking regulation will result in immediate and permanent cancellation of studio privledges. Full rates for the day will be charged, along with a $500 cleaning fee.
2. Please limit entry/exit of the studio through the main space.
3. Studio must not be used for the creation of pornographic or offensive material, at the sole discretion of Studio Jaz staff.
4. Studio must be returned to its original condition by the end of the scheduled rental period. Failure to finish your shoot on time, or failure to leave the studio in a suitable condition upon leaving will result in the application of a charge of one full hour to your account.

Use of the studio during the time reserved. Set up and tear down of any elements, including studio-provided backdrops and lighting, must be completed by the scheduled end of the rental. Any time overance beyong the scheduled end-time will result in an hour's extra rate being charged to your account, no exceptions. As this is our primary studio, we must ensure that it is available for use by our clients first and foremost over any hourly rental.
Prep/Lounge Area
Persons renting the studio may also make use of the studio lounge, make-up areas, washroom and studio fridge.
